Leadership You Can Count On
Hello, my name is Jerret Schwartz. I’ve lived in White Rock and South Surrey for 15 years and have worked as an accountant at White Rock Tax & Accounting for over 15 years. With deep roots in our community, I want to ensure that every decision made at City Hall reflects responsibility, transparency, and respect for residents.
Outside of work, I value the arts and have enjoyed acting on stage as a hobby — including several performances with the White Rock Players. These experiences have deepened my appreciation for the role arts and culture play in building a vibrant, connected community.
I’m running for White Rock City Council to bring a practical, common-sense approach that makes sure your tax dollars are spent wisely, our infrastructure is maintained, and our city’s unique seaside character is preserved.

Responsible use of property taxes
Every dollar matters. I will ensure that property taxes are spent wisely, transparently, and on projects that directly benefit residents and improve our community.
Protecting White Rock’s small-town character
Growth is important, but it must respect the unique seaside charm of White Rock. I will support balanced development while opposing overdevelopment and unnecessary high-rises.
Improving infrastructure and road maintenance
Our aging roads and infrastructure need attention now, not later. I will prioritize timely repairs and upgrades to keep White Rock safe, accessible, and moving smoothly.
